päris plov

kui ma mõned aastad tagasi oma praegusesse töökohta läksin, sattusin kohe esimesel või teisel nädalal toni juurde hane sööma. see hani jättis mulle sügava mulje. sestpeale olen toni kokakunstist pidanud ja mul oli hea meel, kui toni viimasel korral plovi tegi. seda "päris" plovi. lambalihaga, porgandiga, sibulaga, rosinatega, riisiga. ja kirjutan siia ära, mõni äkki ei tea - ilma igasuguse tomatikastme, ketšupi või letšota loomulikult!

retsepti mina ei tea, aga kogemust jagan sellegipoolest, sest see oli ikka väga maitsev plov.
